• Welcome Bonus: 500% on first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Wagering requirement: 15x the bonus amount.
• Weekly Cashback: 10% cashback on total losses. Wagering requirement: 1x.
• Referral bonus: ৳500 for every successful referral, credited after your friend's first deposit.
• Loyalty Points: Earn 10 points for every ৳1,000 wagered, redeemable for cash.

All bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of credit. Any unused bonus remaining after expiry will be automatically forfeited.

• Failure to cooperate with account verification
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months)
• At the user's own request

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing.

• Losses resulting from internet connection failure
• Delays due to third-party service issues (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)
• Loss due to unauthorized account access (where caused by user negligence)
• Service disruptions due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances
• Loss due to user-provided incorrect information

Under any circumstances, vai taka's total liability is limited to the amount the user deposited during that calendar month.

If any part of this agreement is found invalid by a court, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect. Choosing not to exercise any right under these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
